First of all soak the almonds for 4-5 hrs and then take out the skin. Now keep the almonds in a dried cloth and wrap it so that all excess water absorbs.
Make a powder from this almonds( not very smooth).
Now take a non-stick kadai , heat ghee . Add suji and fry until lightly brown in colour. Add powdered almonds.Roast together until colour changes and mostly ghee absorbed nicely.
Add water into it and let it boil until the water absorbed and then add milk into it and stir continuously else it will stick to the bottom.
Sprinkle saffron threads and mix well . A nice aroma will come and turn of the gas.Again add 2 table spoon ghee on top and mix well.
Garnish with almond pieces and serve warm .

First of all cut the sweet potatoes in two pieces. Give 2 whistles in pressure cooker with less water and wait until the pressure cooker opens by itself.
Let the potato cool down . Peel the skin and then mash the boiled potato nicely. Now add milk powder, plain flour, suji and ghee and pinch of baking powder. Knead all of them properly .
Take a pan , add sugar and water and let them boil. When all the sugar dissolves in the water , boil for another 5 mins and then add two cardamom into it .
Apply ghee on your palm . Take small portion from the sweet potato dough and roll them like small balls .
Take a deep kadai and add oil into it . Let it become medium hot . Now add small balls one by one and fry in medium low flame until all becomes golden brown .
After frying , directly add into the sugar syrup . Serve cold .

Take a big bowl. Add plain flour with all the ingredients except for sugar. Now mix them nicely first without water. Then add just 3-4 spoon water and mix all together until they all bind . Once it bind do not knead much . It will not be a smooth dough. keep it with cover for 15-20 minutes to set.

Grate all the carrots with a grater.
Take a non stick pan , add ghee and add grated carrots. Saute for some time so that the rawness goes away.
Add boiled milk and sugar into it and cook until it gets soft and then mash the khoya and add into it.

After boiling for some time, when the malai forms on the top, take it out from the boiling milk with the help of a spoon and keep it aside inside a bowl . Repeat the process for a few times until the milk reduces to 500 ml and when you feel that milk is moderately thick. Now crush the khoya and mix well with the milk. Make sure there is no lump.
