Take a pan , add cut tomatoes, ginger , green chilli and 4-5 curry leaves. Add little water into it and let it boil for 4-5 mins until the tomatoes become soft.
Turn of the gas, let it become cool down. Then make a smooth paste of it with some fresh coriander leaves in grinder.
Take a kadai, add ghee. Once become hot , add mustard seeds , hing and curry leaves. Now add the tomato paste and 2 cups of plain water .
Let it boil. Once boiling starts, add salt and rasam powder. Let them boil for another 5 mins. Add tamarind pulp and again boil for 2-3 mins.
Serve hot with freshly chopped coriander leaves .
This recipe is very healthy . If you are making for kids then you can skip adding green chilli. It goes well with plain white rice and also as a appetizer. Please try it in your home and share your experience with me in comment box.
Take a big bowl and mix all the dry ingredients into it . With plain water knead a medium soft dough , cover it and keep aside for at least 1 hour .
After 1 hour make very small balls like marbles and roll them very thin like small size puries. Can use some dry flour to roll them smoothly.
Now take a kadai , add oil. Make it medium hot. One by one deep fry the puries until light golden brown in colour in both sides.
INGREDIENTS For Potato stuff :
Potato : 4-5 ( boiled )
Bhaja masala : 1.5 teaspoon ( powdered roasted coriander , cumin and dry chilli )
Black salt : tastewise
Salt : tastewise
Green chilli : 2 ( chopped)
Panipui masala ( everest ) : 1 tea spoon
Fresh coriander leaves : one handful
Tamarind pulp : 2 table spoon
PROCEDURE For Potato Stuff :
Take a big bowl . Smash the potato first . Then add all the above ingredients and mix them well with hand .
INGREDIENTS For Water :
Water : 3 -4 cup
Tamarind pulp : 1/2 cup
Black salt : tastewise
Salt : tastewise
Bhaja masala : 1 table spoon ( same as above )
Panipuri masala : 1.2 table spoon
Green chilli paste : 1/2 tea spoon
Fresh coriander : chopped
Mint leaves : chopped ( optional)
PROCEDURE For Water :
Take a big pan , add water. Mix all the ingredients well and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins before serving .
SERVING PROCEDURE :
Take one puri , add 1 table spoon Potato stuff and fill the puri with the prepared cold water .

Green chilli : 2 ( diagonally cut )
Ginger paste : 1 table spoon
Butter : 1 table spoon
Kasuri Methi : 1 tea spoon
Hing : one pinch
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Red chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder : 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt and sugar : taste wise
Coriander leaves : freshly chopped
PROCEDURE :
First of all make a paste of tomato and green chilli together.
Soak almonds for minimum 4 hrs and then make a smooth paste of it after peeling of its skin.
Take a kadai, shallow fry the paneer cubes. Now in the kadai with oil add butter. Add cumin seeds and hing . After this add whole garam masala , ginger paste and cut green chillies. Fry for few seconds and then , add tomato paste. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Cook in low flame at least for 5 mins.
Add Almond paste into it. Again cook at least for another 5-6 mins . When oil starts separating add kasuri methi, salt and sugar. and mix well.
Add warm water into it and also the fried paneer.
Mix very well all together and let it cook with lid for another 8-10 mins in low flame.
Add garam masala powder and freshly chopped coriander leaves . serve hot with roti, paratha or plain white rice .

Take a kadai, add mustard oil.Now fry the peanuts first and keep them aside.Now in the same oil add cumin seeds ,ginger paste and green chilli. After frying for few seconds add boiled smashed potato into it. Add salt , turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix them very well in a medium low flame.
Add fried peanuts and freshly chopped coriander leaves into it. And mix very well all together. The stuff is ready.
For the batter in a big bowl add besan , baking soda ,salt and red chilli powder. With water mix them very nicely to make a medium consistency batter.
Now from the potato stuff, take small portion and make round ball. With the help of a plastic press the round ball inside the plastic cover and put them in the batter.
In a deep pan , add oil for frying. Carefully take out the flat potato stuff from the batter and directly put it into the medium hot oil. Fry until both the sides become golden brown .
Serve hot with puffed rice or also can eat with sauce and salad.

After this add roasted coriander powder , cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt . Fry very well . Then add kasuri methi , boiled green peas and fry again.
Now add paneer and potato pieces . Mix very well all together. Add fresh cream and cook for 2-3 mins again. Now add 1 cup of hot water and let it boil for 6-7 mins with lid.
Add garam masala powder and freshly chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot .

Take all the ingredients in a big bowl. Make a soft dough . Do not use water. If the dough is very dry use just 1-2 spoon water else avoid using water. After making a soft dough coat with oil and keep it with a lid to set for atleast 1 hour .
Make two portions from the dough. Roll it with some wheat flour just like Roti. But it will be thicker than roti.
Now with a fork , lightly prick on top of the pizza base .
INGREDIENTS for Pizza Sauce :
Tomato : 2 ( chopped)
Black pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt : to taste
Red chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
Oregano : 1/2 tea spoon
PROCEDURE for Pizza Sauce :
Take a pan , add oil . Add chopped tomatoes . Fry for some time .
Now add red chilli powder , black pepper powder, salt and oregano leaves. Mix well for another 2-3 mins .
INGREDIENTS for Pizza Toppings :
Paneer : 100 gms ( cut into very small cubes )
Capcicum ( Red and Green) : 1/2 cup
Tomato : 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : to taste
PROCEDURE for Pizza Toppings :
Take a pan add oil . Add paneer , capcicum and fry for few seconds . Add tomatoes , red chilli powder and salt . Mix well just for 2-3 mins. Need to just saute the vegetables . No need to cook fully.
Can add any toppings like pineapple , mushroom , mock soya chicken pieces .
Final Step to Make pizza :
Take the pizza base , apply and spread the pizza sauce first ,then add the toppings . On top of it add mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Now if you are making it on pan , then greeze the pan lightly and place the pizza base into it and cover it with a lid. Let it cook in low flame for 20-25 mins .
If you are making it in oven then preheat the oven in 240ยฐC for 10 mins. Now place the pizza in a baking paper on baking tray and carefully place the tray inside the oven. Let it bake for 15-20 mins in 240ยฐC.

Take out the fried potato and soya chicken pieces from kadai. In the same kadai add oil and add cumin seeds , hing and whole garam masala . Add ginger paste and green chilli . Now add tomato pieces and aachi kadai chicken powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder . Cook for 1-2 mins. Now add fried potatoes and soya chicken pieces.Cook for 7-8 mins in low flame and mix everything well .
When everything fried very well, add hot water into it . Let them boil together with lid .
After 5 mins add garam masala powder and ghee . Add fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Mixed Vegetables : 2.5 cup ( Potato, Cauliflower, French beans , Brinjal, Carrot, Capcicum, Long beans, Pumpkin , Radish. All cut into lenghth wise)
Paneer : 100 gms ( cut into long pieces)
Panch foron : 1/2 tea spoon
Dry chilli : 1
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : tastewise
Radhuni : 1/4 tea spoon
Sugar : 1/2 tea spoon
Everest sabji masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Kasuri Methi : 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala Powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Mustard oil : 3 table spoon
PROCEDURE :
First of all take a kadai and add oil . Now first of all add the cauliflowers and fry until light golden brown in colour. Then add all other vegetables except brinjal. Fry very well until the vegetables get 60% fried . Add brinjal and fry for 1-2 mins.
Now in the same kadai, make a place in the middle keeping the vegetables at sides, add panchforn, dry red chilli and radhuni. Let them fry for few seconds in the middle and then mix all together.Add paneer pieces, turmeric powder, sabji masala, green chilli , salt and sugar. Cook with lid for another 5-7 mins in very low flame.
In the whole procedure no use of water.
Once vegetables gets tender , add garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves.
