Rasmalai

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Fresh milk : 2 litre
  2. Khoya :100gm
  3. Sugar :50gm
  4. Haldiram Rosogolla :20 pieces
  5. Cardamom :10-12pieces

PROCEDURE:

First of all, take a non-stick deep pan to boil milk . After boiling for some time, when the malai forms on the top, take it out from the boiling milk with the help of a spoon and keep it aside inside a bowl . Repeat the process for a few times until the milk reduces to 500 ml and when you feel that milk is moderately thick. Now crush the khoya and mix well with the milk. Make sure there is no lump. After that, grind the malai in a grinder and mix it too. When you find both khoya and the malai has mixed well, add all the rosogollas and let it boil for another five minutes. At last, make fresh powder of all the cardamoms and sprinkle on it. Mix well and let it cool down and keep it in the fridge (Do not refrigerate) . Serve it cold.

This is a very very tempting and tasty sweet dish, please try it at home and share your experience with me in comment box.
